Scratch Pad Enhancement

The ability to add notes to your Scratch Pad entries as shown in the video, is extremely useful. When you have three mouseUp handlers, it helps to be able to know a little more about each one in order to differentiate them.

To start editing the Scratch Pad: click the lock icon or type control+tab.

To stop editing: click the lock or type control+tab, tab or the enter key (not return key!).

BONUS: tRev's compiling agent now preserves your local variables using the method recommended by the Rev dev team.

That's right, kids...you can write your own plugin extensions to our great new text editor tText—do it right in Revolution! And there's a handy Plugin Manager that makes the process painless and super easy. It even opens your plugin in Rev for you. Just put tText next to the version of Rev you want to use.

Choose Check for Updates from tRev's Help menu, and you'll see you have a component update. Or you might have noticed the Update Available link in the lower left corner of your editor.
